First steps
1.  File - Rooms - Insert all rooms of your hotel.
2.  File -  Backup folder - Select your backup folder.
3.  File - Printers -  Select the printer and the PDF printer of your reports.
4.  Reservation - Arrival -  Insert daily arrivals to your hotel.

File
  Restore Backup - In case something goes wrong.
  Backup folder - The folder where the backup will go. It would be good on another hard drive or stick.
  Greek - All menus and messages at Greek.
  English - All menus and messages at English.
  Printers - Select printer and printer for generating PDF files.
  Colors - Change program colors.
  Rooms - Introduction of hotel rooms.
  Change file - Swap local and network file.
  Export file - Export to CVS file.
  Import file - Import from CVS file.
  Edit parameters - Change program parameters.
  Exit - Exit the program.
 
Reservation
  Arrival - Registration of arrival.
  Departure - Room(s) departure.
  Cancellation of arrival - Cancellation of an arrival that ultimately will not come.
  Late Arrival - Late arrival or return of customers after their absence.
  Early departure - Early departure or absence of customers from the room for some days.
  Change reservation - Change various elements of the reservation.
  Room change - Customers move to another room.
 

Room
  Cleaning, Towels, Sheets, Towels/Sheets - Various types of cleaning.
  Day cancellation - All - From today - Cancellation of cleanings.
  Refusal - The customer refuses the cleaning.

Rooms
  Cleaning, Towels, Sheets, Towels/Sheets - Various types of cleaning of all rooms with the same arrival date.
  Cancel all day - Cancel the cleaning of all rooms with the same arrival date.

Notes
  View - View a day's note (can also be done by double-clicking the cell).
  Insert / Change - Insert or change a day note.
  Delete - Delete note.

Report
  Today - Yesterday, Tomorrow - Reporting and printing cleanings for the maids.
  Selected date - Report and print cleanings for the maids for the specific date.

Orientation
  Vertical - Dates are vertical and rooms are horizontal.
  Horizontal - Dates are horizontal and rooms are vertical.

Control
  Check if there are gaps in the cleanings longer than 1 day.
 
History
 (After departure, the cleanings are entered into a file with a capacity of 2 years.)
  View - View cleaning history of a specific room.
  Delete - Delete all entries in the purge history file.

 

Backup
  Create backup file.
